The Four-Years-Late Honeymoon

We went on an eight day cruise earlier this month. Seeing as how we never had a proper honeymoon after we were married nearly four years ago, we thought it was time that we do something honeymoon-ey. So we left out of NYC on June 7th and spent the next eight days floating around in the Atlantic Ocean and hanging out on Bahamian islands. Not the worst way to spend a week, eh?

We took a bunch of pictures. Some pictures are of the food we ate while others are of the scenery we saw. Most of the pictures, though, are obligatory vacation photos of us standing in front of things or kissing with the sunset in the background. In the interest of not coming across as too redundant and narcissistic (is that even possible given that we have a blog in the first place?), I'm not going to post a ton of pictures. All in all, the cruise experience was good for us. We'd definitely do it again, we think, though we might wait until Norah is a few years older so that she can come along. While it was nice to have some time to ourselves, we certainly missed having our little girl around. She stayed home in New Hampshire in the confident and caring hands of two of her three grandmas. I don't think she even noticed we were gone... She was so spoiled.
